Measure Ingredient
10 \N Red chiles, large, hot, crushed
½ teaspoon Terasi (shrimp paste)
1 teaspoon Palm sugar (or brown sugar)
1 \N Onion, large, crushed
2 \N Garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon Lime peel, grated
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Peanut oil, as needed
