Salsa pronto

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mexican style stew tomatoes
½ cup Finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
1 each Clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce

Place tomatoes in blender container. Cover and run on lowest speed 2 seconds to chop tomatoes. Combine with onion, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and pepper sauce. Add additional pepper sauce, if desired.

Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
