Ingredients

| 4 | eaches | tomatoes, peeled and seeded |
| 8 | eaches | scallions |
| 5 | eaches | pickled jalapenos, minced |
| 4 | eaches | sprigs cilantro, minced |
| 1 | each | salt & pepper to taste |
| 4 | eaches | cloves garlic, minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | olive oil |
Directions
4 medium-size ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded 8 scallions, including some green part, minced 5 pickled jalapenos, minced
4 sprigs cilantro, minced
salt & pepper to taste
(4 cloves garlic, minced)
(2 TBS olive oil)
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until they form a thick sauce.
Chill and serve. The ingredients in parentheses are my own additions Makes about 1½ cups
