Salmon-cucumber salad sandwich

Ingredients

1can(15 1/2 oz.) salmon, drained flaked
1Hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped
3tablespoonsChopped cucumber
2tablespoonsLemon juice
1tablespoonDrained capers
¼teaspoonDried dill weed
4slicesWhole wheat bread, buttered
4Cucumber slices, cut in half
Dill or parsley sprigs

Directions

Toss salmon, egg, chopped cucumber, lemon juice, capers and dill weed just to blend; spoon onto bread. Garnish with cucumber slices and dill sprigs.
