Salad dressing a la rat

Ingredients

| 2 | ounces | Tarragon vinegar |
| 4 | Cloves garlic; peeled | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Peppercorns |
| ¼ | Lemon; peeled and seeded | |
| 8 | ounces | Mazola salad oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| ½ | tablespoon | Salt |
| 3 | ounces | Bleu cheese |
Directions
Place first 4 ingredients in blender and blend on high until peppercorns are pulverized. Add balance of ingredients and blend for 1 minute. Will keep in sealed jar for 1 week. Do not refrigerate. Best served over plain head of lettuce, broken and separated. Yield: 2 cups.
