Salad dressing a la rat

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
2ouncesTarragon vinegar
4Cloves garlic; peeled
1tablespoonPeppercorns
¼Lemon; peeled and seeded
8ouncesMazola salad oil
1tablespoonSugar
½tablespoonSalt
3ouncesBleu cheese

Directions

Place first 4 ingredients in blender and blend on high until peppercorns are pulverized. Add balance of ingredients and blend for 1 minute. Will keep in sealed jar for 1 week. Do not refrigerate. Best served over plain head of lettuce, broken and separated. Yield: 2 cups.
