Saffron cream sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Heavy cream
½ tablespoon Saffron

1. add saffron to heavy cream in a heavy bottom sauce pan.

2. simmer, reduce by half and use as desired.

NOTES : YIELDS: 1 cup
