Rum-mango sundae

| 1 | large | Ripe mango |
| ⅓ | cup | Rum |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| Vanilla ice cream | ||
Directions
Peel the mango and slice it into thin slices (about ¼ inch). Put into a shallow dish and sprinkle the sugar and rum on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. When chilled and ready to serve, spoon over vanilla or mango ice cream.
