1 \N | Pillsbury Plus white |

1 cup | Water |
⅓ cup | Light oil |
2 \N | Eggs |
1. Grease and flour 9x13 glass pan. Sprinkle marshmallows on the bottom of the pan. 2. In a small bowl, combine thawed strawberries and dry gelatin. 3. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on high speed. 4. Pour batter over marshmallows in pan. Spoon strawberries on top of batter. 5.
Bake 35-40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool 15 minutes. Invert onto serving tray. Serve with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
Notes: This recipe was given to me by my step-mother-in-law and it tastes great. Make it when you're having guests because it makes a big cake.
