Rubarb relish

Ingredients

cupSugar
1cupCider vinegar
1teaspoonCinnamon
1teaspoonAllspice
½teaspoonCloves

Directions

Combine everything in a pot and bring to a boil,simmer uncovered for 1 hour.Stir often.Place in canning jars (Mason Jars) and seal. Great with Ham or other meat dishes
