Roasted tomato and pepper salad

Ingredients

| 2 | Garlic Cloves, minced | |
| 1 | Chili Pepper, seeded | |

| ⅓ | cup | Olive Oil | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon Juice | 
| 2 | tablespoons | White Wine Vinegar | 
| Salt to taste | ||
| 2 | larges | Tomatoes | 
| 2 | larges | Yellow Bell Peppers | 
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients. Set aside. Place tomatoes and peppers over flame or under broiler until their skins char and blister. About 20 seconds a side for tomatoes, 2 minutes for the peppers.
