1Egg white
1tablespoonWater
½cupBrown sugar
1teaspoonCinnamon
½cupWhite sugar
¼teaspoonNutmeg

Directions

Mix nuts egg white and water. Dip nuts in this mixture: brown sugar, cinnamon, white sugar and nutmeg. Mix in sack and shake nuts. Place on cookie sheet. Salt to taste. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees.
