Roasted nuts

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Nuts
1 Egg white
1 tablespoon Water
½ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup White sugar
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

Mix nuts egg white and water. Dip nuts in this mixture: brown sugar, cinnamon, white sugar and nutmeg. Mix in sack and shake nuts. Place on cookie sheet. Salt to taste. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees.
