Roasted garlic salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Red bell pepper, roasted,
\N \N Peeled and cut into
\N \N 1/4-inch strips
¾ pounds Green beans, steamed tender
1 \N Head of garlic, roasted,
\N \N Peeled,chop
3 tablespoons Chopped, marinated
\N \N Sun-dried tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons Toasted pine nuts or chopped
\N \N Walnuts
2 tablespoons Herbed olive oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
3 cups Chopped salad greens
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup Grated Asiago, Romano or
\N \N Feta cheese

In large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients. Makes 4 servings.
