Roasted cauliflower and broccoli

| 4 | cups | Fresh broccoli florets |
| 2 | Cloves garlic, thinly sliced | |

Directions
Combine cauliflower florets and next 2 ingredients in a large bowl. Add olive oil and salt, and toss well to coat.
Arrange the mixture in a single layer in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring every 5 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
