Rick stein's cherry tomato and rocket salad

| 50 | grams | Wild rocket |
| Maldon salt and ground black pepper | ||
| 3 | tablespoons | Good quality extra virgin; (3 to 4) |

Directions
1 Quarter the tomatoes and break the stalks off the rocket leaves. Put the tomatoes into a bowl and toss with some salt and pepper.
2 Add the rocket leaves and toss again. Pile the salad into the centre of four bowl-shaped plates, drizzle with olive oil and serve straight away.
