|1 cup||Dried apricots; cut up, or raisins|
|1 cup||Chopped walnuts -Mincemeat Filling---|
|¼ cup||Chopped walnuts|
|2 tablespoons||Maraschino cherries; quartered|
Fruit Filling: In a med. saucepan, mix apricots, sugar and water. Cook and stir over low heat for about 5 mins., until thick. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts. Mincemeat Filling: Combine all ingredients.
