Red snapper with shrimp stuffing

Ingredients

| 4 | pounds | Red snapper, cleaned and boned Salt to taste | 
| ¼ | cup | Chopped celery | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped onion | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter | 
| 3 | slices | Cooked bacon, crumbled | 
| 1 | cup | Fresh bread crumbs | 
| ½ | cup | Chopped cooked shrimp | 
| 1 | Egg Pepper to taste | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter, melted | 
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Rub fish inside and out with salt. Sauce onion and celery in butter until soft. Add bacon, bread crumbs, shrimp, egg, slat and pepper; mix well. Stuff fish; close with toothpicks.
