Red snapper with shrimp stuffing

Ingredients

4poundsRed snapper, cleaned and boned Salt to taste
¼cupChopped celery
2tablespoonsChopped onion
2tablespoonsButter
3slicesCooked bacon, crumbled
1cupFresh bread crumbs
½cupChopped cooked shrimp
1Egg Pepper to taste
2tablespoonsButter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Rub fish inside and out with salt. Sauce onion and celery in butter until soft. Add bacon, bread crumbs, shrimp, egg, slat and pepper; mix well. Stuff fish; close with toothpicks.
