Baked red snapper w/ stuffing

4 | pounds | Red snapper, dressed |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Margarine/butter, melted |
1 | Sour Cream Stuffing for Fish |
Clean, wash and dry fish. Sprinkle inside and out with salt. Stuff fish loosely. CLose opening with small skewers or toothpicks. Place fish in well greased baking pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake in moderate oven, 350 deg. for 40-60 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Baste occasionally with margarine. Remove skewers and serve.
