Red kidney bean burgers

Ingredients

| 16 | ounces | Cooked red kidney beans |
| ½ | cup | Small onion |
| ½ | each | Green pepper |
| 1 | each | Steamed & mashed carrot |
| ⅛ | cup | Picante salsa sauce |
| 1 | cup | Bread crumbs |
| ½ | cup | Wholewheat flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Form into equal sized balls & flatten into patties. Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on buns with tortilla chips.
