16ouncesCanned kidney beans
2cupsCooked rice
1tablespoonParsley, chopped

teaspoonPepper

Directions

Cook onion, celery, and garlic in fat until tender. Remove garlic.

Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
