| 1 | teaspoon | Creole Seasoning |
| 1 | cup | Cooked red kidney beans |

Directions
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add sausage, green onions, celery, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic and Creole seasoning; sautJ 2 minutes. Stir in beans, salt, and 3 turns of pepper; sautJ 1 minute more. Yield: about 2 cups
