Recipe: frijoles rancheros

2ouncesCanned chilies
1cupOnion chopped
1mediumGarlic clove crushed
1teaspoonOregano
30ouncesPinto Beans canned
2tablespoonsFresh cilantro

Directions

Dice the pepper, tomatoes, onions and chilies. Add a little oil to a medium heated fry pan. Add tomatoes, bell pepper, chiles, onion, garlic and oregano. Saute stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
