Recipe: frijoles rancheros

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Green pepper |
| 2 | ounces | Canned chilies |
| 1 | cup | Onion chopped |
| 1 | medium | Garlic clove crushed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
| 30 | ounces | Pinto Beans canned |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh cilantro |
Directions
Dice the pepper, tomatoes, onions and chilies. Add a little oil to a medium heated fry pan. Add tomatoes, bell pepper, chiles, onion, garlic and oregano. Saute stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
