Raspberry cinnamon applesauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 oz.) thawed red raspberries
3 \N Cinnamon sticks
4 pounds Cooking apples; peeled/coarsely chop
\N \N Sugar; (optional)

Place raspberries, cinnamon and apples in heavy pan. Bring mixture to boil.

Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 15-20 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sugar to taste, if desired. Remove cinnamon sticks.

Serve warm or refrigerate. Makes 6 cups. Great with pork and a great way to use all those Fall apples.
