Rasberry spinach salad

| ½ | cup | Macadamia nuts; toasted |
| 1½ | cup | Raspberries; fresh |
| 3 | tablespoons | Raspberry vinegar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Raspberry jam; seedless |
| ½ | cup | Salad oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
Directions
DRESSING
Toast macadamia nuts in 250 degree (F) oven for 30 minutes, flipping and stirring often. Cool. Mix, spinach, nuts and rasberries in a large bowl. For Dressing: combine all ingredients in a blender and blend 'til thick. Pour dressing over salald and enjoy the taste of spring!
