½cupMacadamia nuts; toasted
cupRaspberries; fresh
3tablespoonsRaspberry vinegar
3tablespoonsRaspberry jam; seedless
½cupSalad oil

Directions

DRESSING

Toast macadamia nuts in 250 degree (F) oven for 30 minutes, flipping and stirring often. Cool. Mix, spinach, nuts and rasberries in a large bowl. For Dressing: combine all ingredients in a blender and blend 'til thick. Pour dressing over salald and enjoy the taste of spring!
