Ingredients

| 1 | small | Garlic clove, cut in half |
| 1 | large | Unpeeled cucumber, halved |

| 1 | cup | Plain low fat yogurt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Ground red pepper |
Directions
Chop onion & garlic in food processor or blender. Add cucumber & continue processing until chopped fine. Scrape into bowl. Stir in yogurt, sugar, salt & red pepper. Serve immediately or cover & refrigerate up to 2 days.
