Raita burger topping

Measure Ingredient
1 small Onion, cut in chunks
1 small Garlic clove, cut in half
1 large Unpeeled cucumber, halved
Lengthwise, seeded & cut in
Chunks
1 cup Plain low fat yogurt
½ teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Ground red pepper

Chop onion & garlic in food processor or blender. Add cucumber & continue processing until chopped fine. Scrape into bowl. Stir in yogurt, sugar, salt & red pepper. Serve immediately or cover & refrigerate up to 2 days.
