1smallOnion, cut in chunks
1smallGarlic clove, cut in half
1largeUnpeeled cucumber, halved
Lengthwise, seeded & cut in
Chunks
1cupPlain low fat yogurt
½teaspoonSugar
¼teaspoonSalt
1dashGround red pepper

Directions

Chop onion & garlic in food processor or blender. Add cucumber & continue processing until chopped fine. Scrape into bowl. Stir in yogurt, sugar, salt & red pepper. Serve immediately or cover & refrigerate up to 2 days.
