Fresh minted mango-chutney burger topping

| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced crystallized ginger |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Crushed coriander seeds |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Crushed red pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh mint |
Directions
Gently mix all ingredients, except mint, in a bowl until well blended.
Cover & chill at least 2 hours or up to 4 days. Stir in mint 15 minutes before serving.
