Quickie fondues

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Oil -- corn or peanut
1 teaspoon Salt
\N \N Frozen egg rolls -- thawed
\N \N Frozen breaded shrimp --
\N \N Thawed
\N \N Frozen breaded scallops --
\N \N Thawed
\N 1 minute, or until golden.

Heat oil in fondue pot for 15 minutes, or until a 1" cube of soft bread browns in 40-60 seconds. Spear one eggroll, shrimp or scallop; cook about Serve with dipping sauce. Suggested sauces: Sweet & Sour Sauce, Hot Mustard Sauce, Soy Sauce.
