Quick onion-mushroom gravy

1tablespoonOnion, instant minced
1tablespoonButter (or marg.); melted
2tablespoonsFlour, all-purpose
1cupBroth, beef

Directions

Drain liquid from mushrooms into a small mixing bowl; add instant minced onion and set aside.

Combine butter and mushrooms in a saucepan; cook over low heat until mushrooms are golden. Gradually stir in onion and beef broth; cook until slightly thickened. Serve hot over meat.
