Quick onion-mushroom gravy

| 6 | ounces | Mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion, instant minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter (or marg.); melted |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour, all-purpose |
| 1 | cup | Broth, beef |
Directions
Drain liquid from mushrooms into a small mixing bowl; add instant minced onion and set aside.
Combine butter and mushrooms in a saucepan; cook over low heat until mushrooms are golden. Gradually stir in onion and beef broth; cook until slightly thickened. Serve hot over meat.
