Quick cream of spinach soup

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Cream of mushroom soup; *see note
1 cup Frozen chopped spinach
1½ cup Half and half
1 tablespoon Onion; chopped
\N \N Pepper to taste
1 dash Nutmeg

1. In a large saucepan combine all ingredients except the nutmeg; mix well.

2. Cook uncovered for for 5-10 minutes until heated through.

3. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg Notes: * you can also use cream of chicken soup.
