Quick coconut milk

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Shredded coconut
10 cups Lukewarm water

Blend coconut and 1 cup of water to a smooth paste in a blender or food processor. Put the paste in a cheesecloth bag and squeeze out as much coconut milk as possible. Place the remaining water in a bowl and knead the coconut bag in the water to squeeze out any remaining milk.
