Quick and easy beef and vegetables

Ingredients

½cupChili sauce
3tablespoonsWater
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
1tablespoonCornstarch
¼teaspoonCrushed red pepper
1poundsLean beef; cut into 1/2\" strips
1tablespoonOil
16ouncesFrozen vegetable mixture

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients & set aside. In a large preheated skillet, quickly brown steak in oil. Remove & set aside. In same skillet, cook vegetables 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add reserved chili sauce mixture.

Heat & stir until thickened. Return beef to skillet & heat. Serve over rice.
