Quesadillas casserole

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (16 oz.) Refried Beans
1 can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
1 can (4 oz.) Chopped Green Chilies
1 teaspoon Ground cumin seed
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
4 \N 8-in Flour tortillas
\N \N Vegtable Cooking spray
2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese; divided
\N 8 Servings

In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Place 1 tortilla in an 8-ins round cake pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spread about ¼ of bean mix over tortilla. Repeat with 2nd tortilla & bean mix. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top.

Cover & refreigerate.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven 350 for 35 to 40 min. til cheese is bubbly.
