Yield: 8 Servings
|1 can||(16 oz.) Refried Beans|
|1 can||(8 oz.) Tomato Sauce|
|1 can||(4 oz.) Chopped Green Chilies|
|1 teaspoon||Ground cumin seed|
|1 teaspoon||Chili Powder|
|1 teaspoon||Onion powder|
|1 teaspoon||Garlic powder|
|4||8-in Flour tortillas|
|Vegtable Cooking spray|
|2 cups||Shredded Cheddar cheese; divided|
In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Place 1 tortilla in an 8-ins round cake pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spread about ¼ of bean mix over tortilla. Repeat with 2nd tortilla & bean mix. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top.
Cover & refreigerate.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven 350 for 35 to 40 min. til cheese is bubbly.
