Queen ranch chicken

| 12 | ounces | Chicken |
| 4 | teaspoons | Lite margarine |
| 1 | Onion -- chopped | |
| 1 | small | Can of green chilies -- |
| Drained | ||
| 14 | ounces | Canned stewed tomatoes -- |
| Chopped | ||
| 4 | teaspoons | Cornstarch |
| 1½ | can | Chicken broth |
| 4 | Corn tortillas | |
| Salt & pepper -- to taste | ||
| Garlic powder -- to taste | ||
Directions
1. In a non-stick pan, saut chicken and onion in margarine until done.
2. Add cornstarch and 1 cup broth. Cook 5 minutes.
3. Add ½ cup broth, tomatoes, green chilies and cook until thick.
4. In a casserole dish layer tortillas, cheese, and chicken mixture.
