Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
ounce Warm water
4 tablespoons Molasses
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
teaspoon Salt
cup Rye flour
cup Bread flour
teaspoon Active dry yeast

Directions

Makes a 1½ pound loaf. For Panasonic machines, use 4 tsp. yueast. For DAK/Welbuit machines use 7½ oz warm water. Tried 4/30/94, too much molasses? Try 2-3 T next time.
