Quantity | Ingredient | |

3 | cups | Bisquick mix |
1 | cup | Milk |
1 | pounds | Bulk breakfast sausage; (your choice of flavor), in pieces |
½ | pounds | Cheddar cheese; grated |
Combine Bisquick and milk, and mix well. Add sausage pieces and cheese to Bisquick mixture, and mix well. Pinch off dough to make about 1-inch balls.
Place on baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
NOTE: They can be frozen. Cook an additional 5 minutes longer.
