|3 cups||Bisquick mix|
|1 pounds||Bulk breakfast sausage; (your choice of flavor), in pieces|
|½ pounds||Cheddar cheese; grated|
Combine Bisquick and milk, and mix well. Add sausage pieces and cheese to Bisquick mixture, and mix well. Pinch off dough to make about 1-inch balls.
Place on baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
NOTE: They can be frozen. Cook an additional 5 minutes longer.
