Pretzels & beer bread abm

1 pack Yeast
¼ teaspoon Ginger
¼ teaspoon Sugar
3 cups Flour, bread
2 tablespoons Gluten
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Baking soda
1⅓ cup Pretzel sticks, thin
1 \N Egg white
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
12 ounces Beer, light
¼ cup Water; heated

Break pretzel sticks in half. Add ingredients to pan in order listed, select white bread setting and press "start".
