Crab meat stuffing

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Crab meat |
| 2 | Eggs; slightly beaten | |
| 1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
| ¾ | cup | Chopped celery |
| 2 | slices | Bacon;cut in small pieces |
| 1 | cup | Fresh dry bread crumbs |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| Salt and pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
Flake crab meat; add eggs. Fry onion, celery, bacon and bread crumbs in butter; cook over low heat until tender. Mix with crab meat; add seasonings to taste.
This stuffing may be used for turkey, chicken, baked green peppers or tomatoes.
