Crab meat stuffing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Crab meat
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 medium Onion; chopped
¾ cup Chopped celery
2 slices Bacon;cut in small pieces
1 cup Fresh dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Butter
Salt and pepper; to taste

Flake crab meat; add eggs. Fry onion, celery, bacon and bread crumbs in butter; cook over low heat until tender. Mix with crab meat; add seasonings to taste.

This stuffing may be used for turkey, chicken, baked green peppers or tomatoes.
