Ingredients

1Fresh jalapeno pepper, peeled, seeded, chopped
½Green bell pepper, coarsley chopped
2clovesGarlic, minced
½teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonMrs Dash garlic herb mix
2tablespoonsCilantro
2tablespoonsLemon juice
½cupRed onion, finely chopped

Directions

Put three tomatoes, jalapeno, bell pepper, garlic, salt, mrs dash, cilantro, and lemon juice into blender. Pulse until just blended.

Hand chop remaining tomatoes and mix with blended ingredients. Add onion. Sprinkle with more cilantro if desired.
