Ingredients

| 6 | Potatoes,cooked,diced | |
| ½ | pounds | Cottage cheese |
| 1 | Onion,medium,grated | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| ¾ | cup | Milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parsley,chopped |
| ¼ | cup | American cheese,shredded |
Directions
1. Put diced potatoes in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients except American cheese; pour over potatoes.
3. Top mixture with shredded American cheese; bake in preheated 400'F. oven 15 minutes.
