2 tablespoons | Parsley,chopped |
¼ cup | American cheese,shredded |
1. Put diced potatoes in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients except American cheese; pour over potatoes.
3. Top mixture with shredded American cheese; bake in preheated 400'F. oven 15 minutes.
