Cottage potato bake

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 mediums Potatoes, peeled, diced, and
\N \N Cooked as you would for
\N \N Mashed potatoes
1 cup Cream style cottage cheese
1 \N Egg
1 tablespoon Butter
\N \N Paprika
\N \N Parsley
\N \N Salt and pepper

When potatoes are cooked, drain well, return to warm, no heat burner.

Let set for 5 to 10 minutes. Place potatoes in a large bowl. Mash and mix with the rest of the ingredients except paprika. Turn into a well greased 1 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
