Potato chip shortbread cookies

Ingredients

2cupsMargarine, softened
1cupSugar
2teaspoonsVanilla extract
3cupsFlour
1cupPecans, chopped
2cupsPotato chips, crushed
2cupsConfectioners' sugar or more

Directions

Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour; mix well. Stir in pecans and porato chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto nonstick cookie sheet. Bake at 350ø for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

Cool on wire rack.
