Portabella fajitas

| 2 | tablespoons | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 | Green pepper sliced | |
| 1 | medium | Onion sliced |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| Soft flour or corn tortillas | ||
Directions
Saute above ingredients until soft (about 5-6 minutes). Serve wrapped in soft or corn tortillas with your choice of accompanients (we like it with chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sour cream and salsa).
