Port soused fruit with yogurt (mf)

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Packed dried apricots
½ cup Packed pitted prunes
¼ cup Port or madeira
2 \N Whole cloves
½ cup Plain whole milk yogurt

Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves. Slowly bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature.

remove cloves. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.

Yield: 2 servings
