Port soused fruit with yogurt (mf)

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Packed dried apricots |
| ½ | cup | Packed pitted prunes |
| ¼ | cup | Port or madeira |
| 2 | Whole cloves | |
| ½ | cup | Plain whole milk yogurt |
Directions
Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves. Slowly bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature.
remove cloves. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.
Yield: 2 servings
