Yield: 2 Servings
|½ cup||Packed dried apricots|
|½ cup||Packed pitted prunes|
|¼ cup||Port or madeira|
|2 \N||Whole cloves|
|½ cup||Plain whole milk yogurt|
Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves. Slowly bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature.
remove cloves. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.
Yield: 2 servings
