Pork steak and veggies

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
5 eaches Pork steaks or pork chops
1 can Mushroom soup
1 pack Frozen mixed vegetables
1 each Green bell pepper --
\N \N Chopped
1 medium Onion -- chopped
1 small Can mushrooms

Brown meat in a frying pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place meat in a roasting pan. Put vegetables, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms on top of meat. Last, put mushroom soup over top. Cover roasting pan and bake at 375 F for 1 hour or until tender. Good served with boiled potatoes or rice.
