Pork spareribs with potatoes

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Pork spareribs cut into piec
2 Potatoes peeled and cubed
½ cup Onion slices
1 tablespoon Sherry
3 tablespoons Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
½ teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Oil, butter

Lightly brown spareribs in hot skillet. Add oil, potatoes, onion and sherry and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes and onion are lightly browned. Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
