½cupOriental stir-fry sauce
3Onions, green sliced
½Bell pepper diced
2packsPea pods, frozen (10 oz) thawed, drained
1canMandarin oranges (8 oz) drained
1canChow mein noodles (3 oz)

Directions

1. In large nonstick skillet, stir-fry pork over medium-high heat about 4 to 5 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, toss pork with remaining ingredients. Serve with hot french bread.

Per serving: 331 calories, 12 g. fat, 66 mg. cholesterol.
