Pork piccata

Ingredients

¾poundsPork tenderloin
½cupSalad dressing;or mayonnaise
¼cupSeasoned bread crumbs
1tablespoonParmesan cheese;grated
1tablespoonMargarine
1Garlic clove; minced
1tablespoonMilk
1tablespoonCapers; drained (optional)
1teaspoonLemon juice

Directions

Slice pork into ¾" slices; pound to ¼" thickness. Spread pork generously w/ ¼ cup salad dressing. Combine crumbs & cheese. Coat pork w/ crumb mixture. Melt margarine. Add garlic; cook until tender.
