Lemon pork picatta

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Boneless fast fry p[ork chops
¼ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ \N Lemon

1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder; mix well. Dredge pork chops in misture; shake off excess.

2. Heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium heat. Brown chops for 1-2 minutes per side.

3. Remove from heat, squeeze lemon over top and serve.
