Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | Water |
1½ teaspoon | Instant chicken bouillon granules |
1 pack | Cubed pork mix; thawed, (see recipe) |
1½ teaspoon | Soy sauce |
1 pack | (8-oz.) linguine |
3 \N | Hard-cooked eggs; sliced, for garnish |
3 \N | Chopped green onions; for garnish |
In medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Add bouillon granules; stir until dissolved. Stir in pork mix and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Simmer about 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook linguine according to directions. Spoon cooked linguine evenly into 4 soup bowls. Pour pork mixture evenly over top of each. Garnish each with hard-cooked egg slices and chopped green onions. Makes 4 servings.
Almost forgot!! These recipes were from the More Make-A -Mix Cookery by Karine Eliason, Nevada Harward and Madeline Westover. I have used it quite a bit and their recipes have been tasty and especially nice to have on hand when I was still working.
