Pork chops nicoise

1tablespoonOlive Oil
4Tomato;chopped;
2Garlic;minced;cloves
1Green Pepper;chopped;
1teaspoonBasil
½cupOlives;black
¼cupRed Wine

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet and fry chops until light brown. Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper, basil and wine.

Cover and simmer 30 minutes, turn chops once. Add olives and cook over low heat 10 minutes.

Serve with rice.
