| ½ | cup | Rose wine |
| Juice of large orange | ||
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground allspice |
Directions
Brown chops in 10-inch skillet over medium heat; drain off fat.
Sprinkle chops with salt; arrange onion slices on chops. Mix wine, orange peel, orange juice, brown sugar and allspice; pour into skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes..
Arrange orange slices on chops. Cover and simmer until chops are tender, about 15 minutes. Serve with pan liquid if desired.
